I use Ideal brand wire nuts because I know what I’ll get when grabbing blue, yellow, grey or red ones from my bins. Size of the spiral wire inserts vary across brands so you don’t always know if the size you’re reaching for will be as expected based solely on color and shape. There are usually multiple sizes that work for a given wire combo connection, but there’s always an optimum size so I carry all of them since I connect a variety of wires doing HVAC work. These blue ones are perfect for 2 18 gauge low voltage, stranded wires . The grey ones will work but are a little short. The orange ones work but the extra size can mean the bundle of wires are too tightly crammed into an enclosure. Depending on the specific connection I like having choices handy and the quality has been consistent over the years.

An excellent wire connector for the most common 2 wire connections.
If you buy any wire connector go with Ideal brand for best results possible. This works both for stranded and solid electric 12, 14 gauge. I ordered these after being unable to find in local big box home improvement stores. Got these in a small little box which I transferred to a clear container so I can visually find it easily. Best thing of all is I got these so quickly when I needed them!

No Fun After a Few Days
Absolutley a piece of junk. My grandson used it for about 1 week and it wouldn't steer any more. It was not broken up or abused, just stopped going left or right. If you don't mind going forward or backward enjoy! I will go to the RC store and get him a new one that the manufacture will stand behind.

Jeep logo spelled as Jebp.
Just received this toy to give to my 4 year old Grandson who loves Jeeps. He knows how to spell, so I'm wondering how long it will take him to realize that the Jeep logo is spelled out on the back as a JEBP. What the heck! My husband is now racing it around and it's working great. It was made by a Chinese toy company. I know my Grandson is going to notice that it is a JEBP not a JEEP.

I got Jeep for my granddaughter who is 5 she ...
I got Jeep for my granddaughter who is 5 she played with it on my carport and blacktop drive. It is fast and drives well but the plastic that holds the back axle on is paper thin and it broke after she played with it for less than 1 hour. It is cheap made $50 for less than 1 hour of playing.
