This is the first Italian chocolate made with the Peruvian "Pure Nacional" cocoa beans. Only a few years ago the mother plant, lost for over one hundred years and to date now extinct, has been found in Don Fortunato's farm dispersed in the heart of Marañón River Canyon. A progressive cloning work now allows returning the world a first and limited sample of this cocoa which is both very rare and very precious: its beans are indeed light purple and 40% white, giving diverse fruit, flowers and nuts flavors. The 70 gr. bar is composed of 70% Perù Pure Nacional cocoa beans and cane sugar.
