I ordered before Christmas, and was told my request for red hair for a bridesmaid, and an updo for my MOH on a set of three mugs was doable, but only after the holiday rush. So I reordered after the holiday, and sent details on the two customizations I was wanting. I received the first three mugs, the one that had pre-set options was fine and good quality. The mug for my bridesmaid Brooke, with red hair was brunette and the lettering very blurry so you could barely see her name correctly. The mug for MOH had long brown hair and not the requested updo.I messaged the seller, and they apologized and quickly offered to redo those two mugs with the requested customizations and ship them out. I had to wait another week for the replacements to arrive. When they did, I received a mug that had red long hair, my MOH's name on it, and bridesmaid as the title. The other mug had once again long brown hair, my bridesmaid's name with the title as MOH. Obviously these are NOT usable, the hair color, names, and titles are all switched.I attached a photo of the last set so anyone who is ordering red hair can see what that came out like, color wise.I am SO DISAPPOINTED. Waited a month total for four wrong mugs, and keep having to push off my bridal party proposals due to this. Also disappointed that every other reviewer stated they received free custom coasters with their orders, and I did not. Also none of my five mugs had different robes for the bridal party as shown in the images. Non of them were leopard print, all were pink.My suggestion is that if you need ANY customization other than their pre-set options, do not waste your time or energy with these. If you have a bridal party that fits their mold, great! The mugs are good quality and super cute if they match your needs.The seller was very quick at communicating, and did refund my money after the second set arrived and was not what I had ordered. The two stars are for the communication attempted to provide customer satisfaction and for the refund regarding my order. I do appreciate getting my money back after this whole fiasco, and I guess at this point getting a full refund is the only customer satisfaction I can get from this experience. Absolutely LOVE these. I ordered two - one for bridesmaid and one for MOH. They both look great. All of the customized information was correct. And I was so surprised when they even made a coaster to come with it which I didn’t even realize, but I love it! And it was delivered within a couple days. Highly recommend ordering from them if you like these mugs.Update: Because I loved these mugs so much the first time, I ordered one more. However, this time I wanted the text to say "Bridesmaid for a day, Best Sister-In-Law for Life." I contacted seller asking if they could customize the text to say that and they did and it turned out so nice. There was an error on the mug at first when they accidentally put an upside down Y in the name. But after contacting the seller regarding this, they quickly corrected the error and resent the mug again with the correction in a very timely and professional manner. All of my bridesmaids loved these mugs! Very cute gift idea

I am in shock!!!! These came in 2 days! They are PERFECT! I got a coaster with each much that was custom and beautiful, too! I will absolutely be ordering again! So surprised that something so special could be delivered so quickly !! Amazing

Was very excited to see them when they came in. Only to see one out of three was correct. The names where right but not the color of the hair. Other then that it’s very nice mugs and will give them as gifts anyways.

I just ordered these little coffee mugs and costers for my Bridesmaids, I thought they would be really cute for getting ready since we will be meeting in the morning before the wedding and coffee will be necessary! I love, love, love the way they came out, with the matching coasters and everyone's name on them. I can not wait to share them with everyone. It is also nice you can customize the hair on each person so it adds a really nice personal touch. I was looking for something a bit different and I fell in love with these ones.I was happy with the quality, wording and pictures were very clear, even the tiny lettering on the back of the ropes. I would recommend these as a fun surprise.

I ordered my mug on Nov 19th, 2018 and the eta was Nov 26th but received it early on Nov 23rd, 2018 so I am super happy about that. This mug is perfect and beautiful and is exactly what I was hoping for! The spelling is correct, the date is correct, and the mug arrived in mint condition, wrapped and boxed really well. I was surprised that I also received a coaster with the mug. It's cute and my best friend/maid of honor will love this gift. I will definitely order more for my bridesmaids.

I loved the idea of these mugs but, the printed words came in spelled incorrectly and the seller was so sweet to replace. When I got the replaced mugs the color looked very faded as if they were running out of inc or something. I was very embarrassed to give these to my brides maids.Ps. All the hair color I chose for the girls was wrong. Like medium brown looks like very light brown.

The mugs are exactly as pictured. They came out beautiful. 4 out of 7 were damaged upon delivery and the seller immediately replaced them. It was not the sellers fault, the package which was labeled "fragile" was all banged up by the mail carriers. I highly recommend. Thank you so much for quickly replacing the item!
