Do these individual capsules come in a blister pack (having to 'pop' each out of the foil seal)?

No. They come in a plastic bottle. The "normal" Jarrodophilus comes in the blister pack.

how long is the product vialbe? through expiration date or manufacture date?

I really don't know, all I can tell you I buy this probiotic every 2 months and have been using it for over 2 yrs. Highly recommend it

What temperature does this product need to be at & what tolerance. My home is always 72% or less, is that OK? I have trouble remembering to take it.

We keep ours in frig, but like you it's easy to forget so I use a pill box 1x wk. maybe if you fix 2-3 days worth of Rxs or herbs maybe it will be fresh. When you run out of that supply you can reorganize for the next 2-3 days. You could always check Jarrow.com for more specific guidelines. I don't see on bottle that it needs to be refrigerated.

does this get shipped with cold packs - I will buy only if it is cold?

Ours did not arrive with a cold pack.
