But I still find them easy enough to swallow. I even had the recommended dose of two at once and they went right down. My only problem is that this amount of magnesium causes me to have gas all day long. By the 3rd day I went down to just one per day and that eliminated the gas problem. I admire this company for having USP verified products, the problem is that you have to pay attention. Only one version of any particular product will carry the USP verification while the majority of their products do not. That is why I had to choose this specific product instead of a version I could buy locally at a lower cost made by the same company...I do find that I'm more calm during the day, less anxiety and am sleeping really well. Magnesium helps the body in a number of ways but these are the main reasons I'm taking a supplement.
