With the extreme cold of outside and the dry, artificial heat of inside, my lips needed more TLC than my usual matte lip shades but more color than a chapstick. I am fair-skinned with dark red hair, so going without color leaves me looking very washed out. These lip crayons are the perfect solution, with a thick enough formula to provide some therapeutic moisture and a barrier from the harsh, wintry environment. The color fades evenly and is easy to apply, I don't feel like I need five minutes and a bunch of q-tips to get a clean look. Even better, if lips are already dry, this doesn't settle into lines or create any flakiness, it's buttery and comfortable. I've come back to pick up another color (Redwood Forest) and maybe another!

This has the best pigment ever! I don’t care how much it cost, i definitely always come back for more. My only thing is, it constantly rubs off! There’s no smell though, its pretty durable, it’s easy to just put on, you get what you pay for!

The lipstick came damaged but Amazon sent me out a replacement and that one was good. Been using this particular lip crayon for years. Love the color and the fact that it’s natural and cruelty free. It also doesn’t dry out my lips like some other brands do.

Does not feather

I tend to buy Buxom lip sticks but they are a bit expensive so I thought I would try one of these. I bought these lip crayons in Niagara Overlook and Napa Vineyard. The crayon in Niagara Overlook is creamy, has good staying power and is a pretty shade of pink. I would probably buy it again. The crayon in Napa Vineyard is not the same texture; it's drier and does not last as long. It wears off unevenly on me and I have to reapply it frequently. I only use one swipe as more than that makes the shade too dark. One swipe creates a beautiful shade of red, very flattering on my medium skin. Unfortunately, even though the color is very pretty, I wouldn't buy the Napa Vineyard shade again because I don't like the dry texture.
