Is this a piece of crap?

It's definitely not an high quality knife. I beat the crap out of knives and cut alot of different material all the time. I keep it sharp but with use it becomes dull but I know how to sharpen a blade quickly and razor sharp. I would never use my $100 knife for what I do with this cheapy . If it breaks and I can't fix it , I buy another cheap knife. It's a tool.

Brand new knife and the blade is very difficult to open! When you close it and try to open again, it is even more stiff? How to fix this?

loosen the tension screw on the side of the knife , its the biggest one by the belt clip
