Been using this product for a couple of weeks as required along with dulca ease and it works well for me

Delighted that this is available albeit a little pricey. I liked the discreet flat packaging that travels better than a cardboard box in the post.The only issue I have is that sometimes too much info is confusing,,,to say 2500mg capsules or the strength-ratio does not make it clear what the average dosage might be to begin with and adjust accordingly. Otherwise another good natural product.

These are doing absolutely nothing for me, have taken 3 before bed and still no movements 🥺

Sorry I thought it would work but took 4 days of taking one every night before I got any relief.

There's nothing at all wrong with these supplements as what they are. I had to give them a lower star rating because caution really must be noted before trying. I have a lot of allergies & suffer from histamine intolerance. I had no clue that rhubarb was high on the list of potential allergens. This can happen with any plant based supplement so please be careful when trying something new. I had an anaphylactic response to this - personal experience, I know, but still worth throwing out a word of caution to anyone who responds adversely to rhubarb or it's family of plants. Try cautiously with a tiny amount out of one cap on the lips, then if ok, the tongue, then the inside of the cheek. If ok add a small amount more - go very slow.
