As an avid "pumper" for many years, I know pumps, well, at least the manual ones. I have gone through four manual pumps over the last decade. Something always fails on them and as I get older the actual pumping is getting to my carpal tunnel issues. So, after my last pump fell apart I decided to take the leap to an electronic pump. I did my research, read the reviews, looked at pumps that ran as much as $160 and decided to try this one. Granted, it's only been two weeks, but so far I am impressed. It is still running on its initial charge and works extremely well. With four vacuum settings it gives me the ability to perform intermittent pumping by just scaling up and down the settings, or I can keep it at one of the four settings that suits how I, and my guy, are feeling that day. Hands free, easy to clean, relatively quiet, with two silicone rings for different sized manhoods. I prefer no ring at all, but I keep my area free of hair so I always get a good seal. For under $40 it seems like a great deal. Time will be the true test. How long will that little motor last, or when will the electronics fail. Will update when or if they do.As an aside, pumping, when done regularly, really does increase girth, and a little bit of length, in my own personal experience. I have found that most of my partners over the years prefer girth to length. If you are looking for length enhancement you might consider weights, like Zenhager. I use these too and they work. The combination of pumping and weight training, when done consistently, have made for a thicker, hardier and slightly longer guy.Update, January 25, 2021: 4 weeks into owning this and it is still on the original charge and showing no signs of loosing strength. I am not sure why but this pump distributes the vacuum more evenly than the manual pumps I have owned. I typically go right up to the highest setting and do two sets of 10 minutes. I have not found that I get the "bulge" I used to get under the head of my guy when I use this pump. I get a nice thickness all along the length of my shaft, which is what I am looking for. My wife is enjoying it very much, even complaining (well, not really) that I am too thick. She always manages to overcome her initial complaint though...Update: March 6, 2022 - Still running on the initial charge!!! I don't know how this is possible, but I am stunned at the battery life. I don't use it every day, but use it frequently. I now have a routine of pumping to the highest level, after warming my guy up a bit, holding it there for a minute, releasing the vacuum, then another minute at the highest level. I do this ten times in a row and I am getting even thicker. My wife has even commented on the increased size of my head and shaft since the last time I updated this review. How big is "too big?" We will find out.Update- November 2, 2023: This pump is just amazing. The battery life is incredible and the ease of pumping (no constant squeezing of a cheap, hand held pump) is awesome. Just press a button and voila, the motor does all the work. My guy is definitely permanently thicker and my head is bigger as well. Can’t recommend this pump highly enough!

I mean it works as explained. My only issue with it pending on how my balls are hanging that day they keep getting pulled in no matter what I do. But yeah size is good coming out but maintaining that growth is damn near impossible even with the C-rings on but works none the less.

Works very well, great suction and love that it has a release button. You can control how much you want it to pump or decrease it easily with a button. Love it shows what it’s at on the digital screen. It’s easy to clean. Came with lube and some rings as well as different suction rings for the pump itself.

Great pump device! Just like any muscle, it needs to exercise to grow. This device has serious vacuum, so bee careful with the rings and power as you become familiar with the controls. Highly recommend this device, especially with ED issues.

I didn't buy it for ED. I was looking to experiment and see if I could make things "hang" a little more. I had been using a manual device and after a year, it did make a nice difference. Hangs very nice and girth increased by about half an inch.It will not make you longer than you were meant to be, but these will make things more plump with a fuller look. It does take time to see results. I use mine twice a day and fifteen minute sessions. Five minutes on the number one setting to get my penis engorged, then bump up to number two for another five minutes, then number three for the last five minutes at which point I turn the unit off, but do not remove it until the pressure has released on its own. That takes another five to seven minutes.The main reason for my taking this on as an experiment a year or so back is because I hate to wear underwear and wanted a more natural look going commando as opposed to a "stubby" look. This has definitely accomplished that.I will say this unit has significant ease of use but takes a little getting use to. I honestly believe that having used the manual one I would not see any better results, but just a month with this and I do see even more improvement.Very pleased. The only thing I would suggest would be that it came with a way to not suck your balls into the cylinder. That smarts, and a bit hard to undo. I just take a damp towel and press them down and out of the way on the first setting, once it's sealed I have not had that problem again when increasing the pressures.One bit of helpful advice - shave down there so that it will be much easier to get a seal. I've read a few complaints about it not working (could not seal) and I am confident shaving makes a huge difference.Have not gotten to the number four setting at this point, and will hold steady on what I am currently doing for another four weeks, then bump it up. We shall see.
