Great looking logs, but cones do not fit in

Maybe I should give 5 stars because these logs are as we expected, it is the fake pine cones that I have knocked off a star, they let down the ambiance.Good value, and now smell and work well around our bioethanol fire.

These are great if you need extra logs for a media wall electric fire.I could of done with more pine cones though.

Not great

The media could not be loaded. The fire was easy to assemble and to get going But it took at least 30 mins before it really lit up and only lasts a couple of hours . Looks great when it’s in full swing but doesn’t last long enough, very disappointing. Also when it dies you have to wait til it cools down so you can’t just lite it up quickly.
