I had the same before but half the size. It is heavier when your filling it but ideal for the chooks. They go through a lot of water so hence I went for bigger this time. For a little bit of time dealing with the wieght it goes without saying it needs cleaned and filled less. Definitely recommend

Excellent size for ducks (and chicks)
Product itself is great but - one of the little legs won’t stay on and as it’s very heavy when full this is often infuriating 🥹

What a great water system. Keeps the water clean and reduces the amount of refilling you have to do. You get a little damp in the process of refilling or carrying it from your hose pipe but chickens love it. Really happy with it

Gave us a giggle
I ordered this to replace one that didn't have feet as I hope it will keep the water cleaner. I didn't realise how big it was compared to the older one, and we had a giggle when we saw it.No problems with leakage, it's really very good and will also help to develop my triceps and biceps each time I fill it up.(edit. 3 months later and it's still tight and waterproof)

A Massive Win For Thirsty Hens
We had a couple of really hot weeks here in the UK and our chickens were drinking faster than we could keep refilling the drinkers. After a quick Amazon look, this arrived the next day. We have 10 chickens and we fully re-fill this bad boy every 3 days with some cider vinegar (to keep it clean and help calm the hens). They absolutely love it.Only downside is carrying it when it's full. You have to carry it upside down and it does weigh quite a bit once full. But for most people this will be absolutely fine, our walk to the hens is a couple of hundred metres up a hill and your arms know about it by the top! But considering that's the only downside, I'd buy another one in a heart beat.

Do not buy
Sorry but the premium cost to this water dispenser is not matched by the quality. It’s hopeless!Try connecting the bottom plate once the container has been filled and turning it upright without issues. The locking mechanism is so flimsy. It’s also not watertight.I am returning the one purchased.
