I have been taking these for several months, I like that they come in a glass bottle, they dont have a weird taste or smell, they are small and easy to swallow. They seem to be a good quality product. My vitamin D levels were essentially nonexistent, but after taking these consistently, my levels are back up where they should be...I also have been getting sick a lot less which I contribute to taking these as well.

Love this brand my vitamin D is always at a good level. Doesn’t have a ton of fillers. Pill are gel form easy to swallow. Does the job?

I really like metagenics products. My vitamin d was so low last year after being tested. I tried other vitamin d products and still low. I used metagenics this winter and my vitamin d levels were normal. This was recommended by a friend. She really liked it and I am so glad I tried this. Will use products from metagenics again.
