These are high quality trace mineral tablets that I believe even made a positive difference in my skin. It's not too much of what you need and just enough to supplement what we lack in our daily diet. No side effects. Would recommend.

I had a very stubborn plantar wart on my foot. After other treatments caused a lot of pain but minimal progress, my podiatrist suggested I try this product. She saw a pregnant patient who she refused to treat until after she gave birth and when the patient returned wart free, she was astounded. The patient had used this and so the doctor recommended I try it too. I take 1 tablet a day and 2/3 of the bottle is gone.
