Excellent sump pump. Easy install replaced one that could not keep up with the extensive rain in TN!! This one is perfect and is well rayed elsewhere too! It is durable and made very well. It is powerful shooting the water out but not disturbing in the house and I can tell it is moving water thank God!!

I have a historical home so I needed a small pump to fit in the existing pit. This was the perfect size.The change out was quick and simple and it appears to be doing the job.

Pump has malfunctioned three times in just the first 3 months. Continues to run after reaching the low level shut off. Wayne chose not to address the situation since the pump was in an enclosed pit and protected from the weather but not inside the house, they said the pump was for inside use only. The malfunction had nothing to do with where the pump was located.

As a single woman and a senior citizen on a tight budget, I was thankful for the Wayne name, which I had purchased before,but at a higher price, locally. The installation was quick and easy. I waited a month to review the product to be sure it was working well. It's great not to have to worry about it when I need to be away from home during heavy rain.It's hard to put a price on peace-of-mind!

This was to replace a pump that quit on us. Quick and easy to install. Appears to be a powerful, quality unit and quickly got the job done of eliminating water in our basement! Noise level is what you’d expect…just glad to hear it run when necessary to keep that water down!

Our old Zoeller pump only needed to run during heavy storms. This pump cost a little more than a replacement float switch and housing for the old pump and has more than enough capacity for our basement sump. Another full cast iron Zoeller pump would be overkill.
