Q: Is this comparable to fluid film?

No. This is a more permanent and hard set formula, it does however have a certain amount of flex in it.

Q: Can this be used inside a strawberry pot? Will it leach chemicals into the soil that will get into the fruit?

Don't use a pot that can rust would be better

Q: Would this protect Mild steel garden artwork

Not sure, maybe not Hardy enough for the depths of winter. My mum uses a lacquer spray from Lidl on her garden ornaments

Q: If I end up spraying a bit far out than the area that needed it, can it be cleaned of with something and what would that be?
