I know this sounds dumb, but how do you open the tube? I can't get the cream to come out.I removed the white cap and pulled up the tip, but nothing?

With the cap on, turn it like you were tightening it. The little color just below the cap will go away and then you are ready to use! then open up the cap and it should come right out!No question is dumb. :)

Can you use after the expiration date?

If it is close to the expiration date, I would still try it. Otherwise, it would depend on the preservative used, as bacteria may start developing.

This product is extremely effective. I have an extremely dry skin and so prone to fine lines. I have been using this for a month now and my skin looks fresh and smooth, fine lines have reduced. Its has also brightened my skin tone and lightened sun damage.I will definitely buy this again. Product may be expensive, but since it works, it well worth the cost !
