Hi Jeff,Yes this will work on the condition that your keyboard and the device you are connecting to have a 6.3mm jack on them. Otherwise you will need to get adapters for it.

My cable was replaced at a Guitar Center without questions. I would try & contact the seller for a replacement, or see about contacting D'Addario for a replacement. I highly doubt Amazon deals with other companies warranties, They are not affiliated.

(“D’Addario”) warrants any Planet Waves Classic Series cable, purchased from an authorized Planet Waves dealer, against defects in material or workmanship when accompanied by a dated sales receipt. This warranty applies to the original owner for a period of 2 years from the date on the original sales receipt, and is void if the product is sold or transferred.

Q: what guage is this cable

it's the standard size for any electric guitar or bass, however , l do not recommend this item, mine broke in less than a year
