100% worth it
I am an HVAC technician and work with a lot of air conditioning and refrigeration type of equipment which is similar in nature to a dehumidifier every day. It’s not often for me to see high quality equipment such as this and I am really impressed by it. The digital readout shows you Amp draw, as well as many other detailed operating functions. The only boxing and installation process is extremely easy. The power cable is more than long enough the drain line they provide and the quick connect is awesome and the quiet unit operation is amazing. The old dehumidifier I had used to keep me awake at night this one you can’t even tell when it’s on. My basement is roughly 1200 ft.² and this unit is more than adequate and does an excellent job. Within 24 hours of turning it on I noticed a significant difference in the climate of my basement plus the unit actually turns off compared to the old Home Depot whatever brand dehumidifier I had which ran constantly and sometimes would drain other times you would have to empty the bucket etc etc which was aggravating. This dehumidifier is 100% awesome and worth the money.

An excellent unit in a tough service
An excellent product! Ran it hard in a new house build and with nearly 90% outside humidity kept the building below 50%. A minor issue was addressed promptly by their customer service which was a top notch group, one of the best I’ve worked with!

Not your average plastic dehumidifier!
It’s only been 3 days but it works very well! You can tell why it’s more expensive than the other less commercial ones I’ve bought. Very happy so far!

This thing Sucks (the water and moisture out of the air)
This is my third one. Oh-all three work flawlessly. I have a huge basement garage, lots of square feet and tall ceilings (okay lots of cubic feet). I bought one of these for the garage and it did fine but two would cover the space and do better. So-I have two in my mancave. The camper and classic car and daily drivers are safe from the humidity. Everything in the basement garage is kept dry, protected from the humidity. And-the temperature is actually 5-10 degrees cooler than the hot, humid, sticky air. So-why not add a third dehumidifier to my attic?-Yeah, it's well insulated but the furnace, holiday decorations, suitcases, etc. are up there. Well-now they're protected too. I think these dehumidifiers are well made. The cheap plastic kind from the big box hardware stores are expensive and don't handle the heavy duty continuous operation. This has a pump and drain line to move the water to a drain. You will want to have access to a drain. No internal catch basin, no auto-shutoff if you drain into a bucket. Set the desired humidity and this thing works! All 3 of them (helps to wait until they go on sale.) UPDATE: The unit I've had in operation since 2021 tripped my GFCI. I contacted the manufacturer. They were great to work with. They honored their warranty. First we went through some troubleshooting. They sent me a new motherboard-easy to remove and replace. Did not fix the problem. I had to mail the unit (I paid shipping, it's not cheap for the large box at 70lbs.) But-within one day of receiving it they offered a free replacement but no additional warranty or $XXX off a new one. I went with a free replacement-and they shipped it quickly. Overall a positive experience.

Works well to dry out our basement
We have a high humidity basement and need to run this dehumidifier every so often. It’s pretty powerful, works really well to decrease the humidity quickly and has a long drainage hose to reach our sump pump. My one criticism is that the controls and directions to use them are a bit incomprehensible (maybe it’s operator error but I usually can figure out directions) so I never know exactly what I’ve got it set at. But otherwise, a good professional grade dehumidifier. Caution— It’s REALLY heavy so you’re not going to want to move it around a lot (especially up and down stairs) once you get it situated. Not a criticism just an observation.

Works well, company stands behind the product with quick solution to my issue.
The unit had some odd behavior when it first arrived with the fan never shutting down and then the display lighting up and beeping, but nothing showing. I contacted the company and they determined the most likely cause was a possible defective control. They offered to replace the unit, but since that would be difficult for me to do, they sent me a new control board, with a link to a video on how to replace it. The board arrived quickly, was easy to install, and the unit is working perfectly. It is far more effective and efficient than the previous "consumer grade" unit I was using before. This is a tad expensive, but well worth the money. I'm very happy with this unit and would definitely recommend that you give it a serious look if you're in the market for a step up from the box store dehumidifier.

Pump doesn’t work and can’t take it apart
The media could not be loaded. I bought this in October, but given that it was the end of fall I ended up not needing it until now when the humidity started to pick back up again in the spring.I turned it on before I went to bed and woke up to it shut off with Error 4. That means the pump isn’t working. I start to take it apart to see what’s wrong and I can’t because whoever put it together stripped the hell out of the screw. So now I’m stuck with a humidified that doesn’t work and I can’t even take it apart to fix it.I was originally pretty pissed and gave this a 2 star review but customer service immediately reached out to me and offered a replacement. I'll update when the new unit arrives.Otherwise it seemed to work great and sucked a lot of moisture out of the air.
