The best part is the container that fits snugly at the bottom—it catches everything neatly, so there’s less mess and no need to chase shreds around the counter and is so easy to pack as it fits inside the grater without taking extra space. Simple tool, but really well thought out.

Very practical and easy to store. The cup at the bottom is very convenient, you can grate Parmesan cheese and store it for convenient use in the covered container. The container fits inside the bottom of the grater for easy storage. This is one item I wish I had purchased many years ago. No more awkward grating with a hand-held grater over the bowl.

Nice grater. So many great things about it. The size is good. It has a variety of grating types. It's stainless steel. The bottom has an anti-slide grip which keeps it stable when using it. The handle is super comfy. And it comes with a container that you can put the grater on and it catches whatever you're grating. Genius! And the container has a lid so you can use it as a storage container. The price was good too! You can't go wrong with KitchenAid!

Well made just much larger than I was expecting.

I was wondering if I had been a bit extravagant. but this product is so solid and pretty and the small grating side is excellent as a lemon zester and much safer and easier to use, that I am a big fan. Also like the little plastic container with the lid that you can grate straight into.

This grater is a MUST HAVE for every kitchen!!! The pullout storage container with lid makes this an extra special item! Great quality, cleans easily! I love it!!!

Not your grandma's grater! Covered handle makes it comfortable to use and it's lovely and sharp. The handy cup on the bottom is very convenient and has a lid. Best I've owned! Saves me hauling out (and cleaning!) my food processor for smaller quantities.

I disagree with negative reviews. The grater is sharp, easy to clean if you know how to clean a grater, comes with a handy container, and has a sturdy bottom strip of rubber. The handle is comfortable. The grater works as expected. The value for the money is above par. The grater is easy to store and use. The versatility of the grater choices makes the piece a great purchase rather than having to store multiple pieces. Recommended.
