Still mostly works after five years!
I like that it still works even after everyday use for the past five years. The manual dispense and cup dispense modes stopped working about two years ago, but I can still use the auto dispense.

Great product, love all the features
Great product, love all the features. ONLY wish it had an on/off button, versus having to plug/unplug when it's time to use. Other than that, kudos, it's exactly what I was looking for.

Not easy to clean if the water calcifies inside. Should use distilled or purified water.

The only thing puzzled me is ON/OFF switch doesn't turn the pot on or off and is not functional.
