My kids don’t like gummy vitamins, so I had to find an alternative. These are great. They are easy to swallow and have kept my son very healthy.

My son takes these with no issues. He is 9 and swallows them just fine. They are very small. No upset stomach. No issues. Will continue to buy.

We use these for our young daughter who has to be on a special diet for epilepsy (medical keto). These capsules are not flavored which is why they are approved on her diet. They are clear capsules with a yellow powder on the inside. We actually open up the clear capsules and empty the powder into her Food because they’re kind of big for her to swallow whole. They don’t taste terrible but it’s a chalky vitamins so it’s not going to taste great.

Has the stuff my kids need.

I like these so as to not get a mega dose any one particular vitamin or mineral. I'm an adult and one capsule gives me a portion of most all vitamins and minerals included in these capsules. The balance I know I'll get from food...

My 8 year old son needed a good vitamin due to his picky appetite, and he needed one he could swallow, as gummies were not on the table for him. He was taking other ones, but they didn't have zinc and his immune system didn't seem as strong as his sisters. Once we switched him to these, I could tell a difference in his health, and he was happy with how easy they were to swallow. Win, win.

My child doesn’t eat the right foods and I noticed her skin was very dry all of the time. I did some research and read it could be vitamin deficiencies. I compared her previous Flinstone vitamins to these and the difference is huge! Within a week I noticed her more alert, her skin was no longer dry, she wasn’t dragging through her day and sleeping so much. These vitamins made a big difference!

I used to get gummy vitamins for my 9 year old, but he didn't like the taste of any of them, so he was just swallowing them. I finally got these for him since he was swallowing vitamins anyway. The size is perfect. They are about the same size as his probiotics, so they are easy for him to swallow. My 13 year old is now taking these as well. She doesn't like swallowing pills, but she is able to swallow these.
