Great introduction to math for preschool age group!
The media could not be loaded. My kids really like this book because it introduces them to math in a non-stressful way. Less writing skills, and more math related skills are needed which is great for beginners. Helps to supplement the book with counting objects, and having math manipulatives to learn counting. But overall I'd say it's a great introduction. Kids seem to understand it, and it moves along at a pace that doesn't overwhelm them. Instructions are easy to follow on each page.

I should’ve STARTED here instead of buying a curriculum.
Love how simple and easy the book is to use but they are learning things! No prep needed. I use this for my 3 year old and 4 year old.

Used for homeschooling
Amazing! Finished the book with my 4 year old at the time. We are on kinder math prep now. We also use the reading books. Books are laid out in such a seamless manor.

Perfect for my non-writing 4 year old
This is exactly the type of math workbook I've been looking for to use with my 4-year-old. He loves math, but his little hands are not yet ready for writing and tracing numbers over and over. He is able to learn so many math skills through this book. He quickly understands the concepts and gets excited to work in his book throughout the week. I love Jady's products, and this was a perfect fit for our family.

Good, but very basic.
It is a good book, but it's very basic for a preschooler book. My daughter is 3.5, and still a half a year away from being able to go to preschool, but she has mastered most of these concepts already. My wife and I are both high school teachers, so we're always reading, teaching, and learning with her, so this might be why it seems below her level. I also bought part 2, so I'm hoping that together they will provide enough challenge to prepare her for kindergarten level content. While it is generally a good book, and I would suggest most of the content from this author, I did notice a small error on one page. The page that asks the child to color every square has a square that is slightly longer in length than it is in height right below the instructions, which I assume means it's an example of a 'square.' While it does look pretty close to a square, it's not perfectly even on all sides, so it could be somewhat misleading for a very young student.

Best math book for toddlers
My 2 year old daughter knows numbers 1-10 and rational counts to 15. She can rote count to 20. This book is the perfect start to have her sit down and focus. We do about 4 pages at a time. I love that she only needs to color objects and draw lines or circles since we aren’t working on hand writing yet. I like how the book starts at one and moves up. Favorite pages are counting objects and then circling the correct number.

My toddler loves this workbook
My 3.5yo loves numbers and counting and this workbook is perfect for him. It's the only developmentally appropriate early math concepts workbook I could find, all the others expect the child to trace and write numbers which is unrealistic. I like how simple the format is, it's all black and white and straight forward, I find the workbooks I get at the dollar store to be too bright and overwhelming with how busy the pages are. I've seen other reviews that this workbook is over priced and I do agree, but I decided it's worth it since it's saving me hours of scrounging through Pinterest.
