Minor cosmetic damage on the hinge, but that's honestly the only thing I could find an issue with. The computer itself functions fine, and is perfect for what I need it for. Hard drive isn't massive, but I've got tons of side storage. Bought a cool custom Gumdrop case for it, and I'm pretty much set. Overall, worthwhile purchase.

Product is garbage. So annoyed right now. It's plugged in and running off the power brick, but it is not charging the battery.Edit: So, I ordered another 3190 2-in-1 laptop with a 128 GB SSD, and discovered that the power supply on this first one is defective and won't charge the battery, because I tried the 2nd power supply from the 2nd laptop on it and it charged. I also discovered that the 64 GB SSD is not upgradeable and you're stuck with only 64 GB of drive space. I know this, because I bought a low-power 1 TB Patriot SSD to upgrade this laptop, only to find out it's not possible.For the same $99.99 price, go buy the 128 GB version of this laptop so you can install a larger SSD, like I did.

I cracked the screen on my old laptop and the cost to fix was less than buying a new refurbished one. I don't know if I read the delivery details wrong, but this showed up days before I was expecting it.Laptop is a great value for what I need, just basic computing, with no frills beyond the Windows 10/11 software that works really well for me. Would definitely buy again and will recommend to others. Thank you!

This review is for the Dell Latitude Touch 3190 2-in-1 PC Intel Quad Core up to 2.4Ghz 4GB 64GB SSD .The unexpected, the machine actually has 8gb of RAM, and a 120gb SSD.The machine arrived in short order. The machine looked like a new machine. No marks of any kind. The screen was in perfect condition as well.However, and this is the reason for only getting 4 stars, the battery in the machine was dead on arrival. A dead battery is never a good sign, and sure enough, the battery condition was only about 65% of new. Far lower than the 80% that is advertised.Other than the battery condition, this is a very nice machine. Having windows 11 installed, the machine should last for many years. Being a Dell, I suspect that the machine will have few issues.If you need a small, fairly well equipped inexpensive laptop, this model is a pretty safe bet IMO. Yes, I would buy again.

Excellent condition works great does exactly what it should free upgrade to windows 11 can be used as a laptop or tablet love that it’s lightweight only 11 in very portable and it’s touchscreen if you prefer not to use the keyboard. Nice little machine. very satisfied would highly recommend!

I bought this laptop for my son forhisjob. He received it today and went to turn it on, only to discover that it was on and in sleep mode. He started getting suspicious when he noticed that there was other accounts already on it and was set up for the original account holder to have remote access. He was working with his work IT department and they have had to wipe the hard drive completely and install Windows 11. If he hadn't became suspicious and sat up the laptop with any personal information, whoever had the original account would have been able to steal his information and accessed his work information.
