Great price for OEM. Appears legit.
Appears to be actual OEM. Perfect fit and appearance, and has an A C Delco sticker. Works and sounds fine.

Check with your mechanic
Was shipped and arrived quickly. There is no padding in the box which could be problematic if the package were dropped. I would have expected to see some sort of ac delco branding but there is none. It is however stamped "made in china".My mechanic would have installed it but he does not warranty customer supplied parts so I just had him install the pump he bought from his local supplier. This way it's got a warranty. Check with your mechanic before you go through the trouble of ordering your own parts.Tip: Do your radiator hoses when you do the pump.

AC Delco Water pump Installation
I tried after market water pump, pay a little more and get this AC DelcoIt's probably one of the easiest water pump to install, GM has plenty of space in front of the engine to get the job done. The gaskets are included. Easy fix!

Don’t believe Original A/C Delco part
Do not buy! I thought I was getting an A/C Delco part but I was misled.Water pump lasted less than a year when pulley cracked and fell off causing me to pay for tow,belt and clutch.Pump had an A/C Delco paper sticker with made in China stamped on the casing.No warranty so I am out of luck.Never again will I believe what Amazon advertising says.

I only purchase OEM for mahor parts. Truck used to tow often and part has last almost 2 years now
Bought this for my engine rebuild in March 2024. It is now June 2025 and it is holding up strong. No issues and I use my truck mainly for towing my boat or camper. Engine out under strain constantly and engine runs very cool no issues.

Possibly counterfeit
while the pump looks and works the same, it lacks casting of the AC Delco and part number that the previous one had. Came in a plain white box and the only indication it was AC Delco was a sticker on the pump itself. I would have returned it if I had time to wait for a new one, but so far it works. Time will tell if this if a quality part or a cheap knockoff depending on how long it lasts.
