7 day supply shower shields.
On time delivery always. Item is 7 in by 7 in. and not a silly centimeter more! Shields could be cut just a little more generously, but it is ok. Overall it is an excellent value.

Works kind of. But be careful where you place the adhesive.
Allow me to set the scene for you.I have a Hickman catheter coming out of my left breast. The tubing comes out about an inch from the most sensitive part of the woman’s breast. ;)I use tagaderm over it but showering still allows water to leak in causing all kinds of drama. So I was thrilled to find these here on amazon. At first I thought these are gihugemongous. 9x9.But then as I compared it to my Triple D cup breast I realized I did indeed purchase the best size.I placed extra gauze over my tagaderm then taped it to soak up any extra water per the video. Then I applied the shower shield just at my collar bone to be sure it was high enough. (Also note I was bent over trying to see what I was doing so I was stuck in that position when finished) Then removed the rest of the plastic to get to the adhesive. Here is where I began to experience trouble. My chest is not as flat as the model. Idk. Maybe it’s best used on men with great pec muscles. So I had to do some creative maneuvering to get a good seal. Unfortunately my breast was not in the mood to cooperate. After fighting with my bewb I was finally able to get a good seal. Then I walked to the shower turned it on. Got some clothes out. And began to sweat. I guess I should mention I’m menopausal and take steroids so hot flashes quickly turn into the spontaneous human combustion heat followed by Niagara Falls sweating. Within 1.5 minutes the shield had lost its adhesion. So I added some medical tape (side note I’m very sensitive to adhesive but I thought it’s only long enough to shower...I had that baby taped allll up. I get into the shower and try to move as quickly as possible without moving my left arm so not to dislodge the adhesive. At first glance no water got into my shield. So that is awesome. It worked so much better than when I tried to wrap my entire upper body in seran wrap that quickly rolled down and drenched my tagadermHowever, the entire thing came of incredibly easy. After beginning the removal process I did find that water did enter under the bewb.So it wasn’t a complete success. Even with the extra tape. But it was minor enough that my tagaderm did not get wet. So it was all good.Unfortunately here is where things took an unfortunate turn. The adhesive found one place on my bewb that it decided was it was not going to go with out a fight. Sadly it was the most sensitive part of my precious bewb. The nip.Hearing my scream my husband jumped out of the shower to come to my rescue and slid into me. Causing more pain. He saw what was happening and my petrified face.. He reached for the shield and began to pull. I was pretty sure my nip was coming off with the shield. I thought to myself perhaps I can live without said nip. I told my husband if he pulled again I would have to remove his nip as well. He slunk back to the shower as he said “I’ll leave you to it then.”I may or may not have cursed him and every single man and medical item with adhesive to the hottest place known to me..hell of course.I grabbed some vitamin E I had near by and liberally applied it to my nip as I slowly coaxed the adhesive from my precious sensitive body part.Tears streamed down my face as I slowly got it removed. I went through the entire bottle of vitamin E.Finally I got it removed. There was some skin removed as well. I don’t think a photo would be appropriate here but I think you get the idea. In the future I will be sure not to get it so close to my little girlfriend. So ladies, be very careful where you place the adhesive.Second attempt. This time I got my entire breast into the shield. Please not it’s hard to get off the under bewb and side bewb as well. Unfortunately tho it did not adhere to upper chest area that is actually flat. I once again used a very large supply of plastic tape. Within the first moment of showering the entire top had come unbonded. The gauze inside was saturated and the tagaderm beneath it began to buckle. So the rest of the shoulder I held the shield closed with one hand while washing my entire body and hair with one hand. I still hold out hope that these will one day work for me. Maybe a shield that’s more of a bag for the women’s breast would be better. Idk. Just throwing out ideas.

Good Quality and Always Protect From Water Leaking In
These are well made and stick well to the skin. They never allow any water or moisture to reach the surgery site. At the same time, they peel off well and without pain after a shower. She even uses them when she goes swimming, and they work well to protect the exit site. She puts a few all around to overlap the edges just in case (to prevent any infection from ocean water leaking in). They always do the job - she's never had any leakage.

Failed us
We applied this product according to the directions provided over a permacath dialysis chest port, and it leaked. All of the gauze surrounding the port and lines got wet and had to be re-dressed by a professional nurse.
