i use this product for my immune system.

The RDA is 15mg. The UL is 40 mg. Zinc Toxicity occurs at 100mg+ daily consecutively for 2 weeks.I only know this because I was suffering headaches, gas, and fatigue after a couple weeks of taking the recommended dosage on the bottle of 100mg.I stopped taking all my supplements and felt better after a week. So I began research on which supplements can cause fatigue, gas, and headaches as symptoms of toxicity. Only three of my supplements can cause toxicity and the toxicity of the same three had side effects in common: headaches, gas, fatigue.The three supplements I am taking capable of toxicity are D3, CDP Choline, and Zinc. I was reaching toxicity levels based on recommended dosages on the bottle from one of them (Zinc at 100mg daily) and an aggregate dosage of the other from combo supplements (D3 at 8000UI). Everything seems to have D3 in it now.So, I only take 1 capsule instead of 2 capsules of this product (50mg) and I stopped buying supplements with D3 combined, but buy it separately, not to exceed 600UI daily.I'm feeling A LOT better.

Product is as described. Very happy with the purchase and I feel that it was a good value. The only bummer is that each capsule is only 50MG. You need to take 2 to get 100mg. The label advertised this as 100mg per serving which was misleading to me. Overall I am happy
