Solid Wood...solid buy!
This is the nicest Knock-Down furniture I've ever assembled. With that said, don't let the following remarks dissuade you; they are meant only to help as "heads-up" tips in assembly. Yes, it is all solid wood. My only complaint is the cam-lock system, specifically the cams are pretty cheap pot metal. Be sure the mating pins are perfectly perpendicular to the board and don't "bury" the pins past their "stop flanges".Kudos to the manufactures as they give you several extras, just in case. If the cams don't turn with moderate force, double check the pin position or you will deform the cam.As for the color debate in the reviews, I bought the "honey brown" model. The color is just slightly a half-shade darker than the Amazon pic: think: Golden > Antique Oak in color. Mine is nowhere close to walnut as some have guessed.Do yourself a HUGE favor and use a 1/4" drive ratchet with a 4mm allen head bit when attaching the top panel to the sides and interior partitions; there is almost no clearance to turn the provided allen wrench. It is tempting to screw the door hinges on the cabinet rather than putting them on the door first...DON'T. This type of Euro-hinge swings forward so the back of the door doesn't pinch on the cabinet side. Save yourself a lot of grief and mount them on the doors first. Also, the hinges adjust on all 3 axis; up and down to center the door vertically, in and out to "tip" the door in and out and in and out to "tip" the door side ways (think: rotate). The hinge plate that goes on the cabinet has two slotted hole and two round holes.Place your screws in the center of the slotted holes first, then you can check to see if the doors are the same height off the bottom of the cabinet. Adjust them until they are THEN go back and put the remaining screws in the round holes to secure the final adjustment. All the holes for the hinges and latches are not pre-drilled and may be just light "dimples". place your hardware over them and pre-drill or use an awl to mark them prior to mounting doors. As others have mentioned, the back panel is not drilled out for all of the perimeter screws. Try-fit the panels to be sure they center on the edges and over the center interior panels and pre-drill the panel and the board your screwing into. Note: all the holes in the middle areas are "half-holes". The head of the screw at those points spans where the panels butt together and "sandwiches both edges in place. Again, kudos to the manf. as they give you plenty of screws for this task. Finally, my biggest beef is the cabinet pulls. The cheezy brushed chrome finish does not say, Shaker style to me. I went to Lowes and for around $20, picked up some bronze pulls that look way better in my opinion.Yes, have a helper or hand truck when you receive the parcel it is HEAVY! BTW- the shipping was super fast, received it in two days w/o Prime!!This is a dang nice cabinet!! Supports my 55" LED TV without so much as a wiggle.

Great Product but Instructions Suck
As many have mentioned assembly is unnecessarily difficult. Two retired engineers (my wife and I) spent a full four hours wrestling with it.Maybe these tips will shorten the time for others.1 - Step 1. "Attach four Cam Lock Pins to the back of the drawer front". When you do this do not screw the pins in snug as one would think. You need to leave about 1/8" of thread showing. If you screw it in flush the lock pin doesn't go in far enough that the cam can can grab it and pull it up tight. Turning the cam hard will just bend it. Probably why they give you a bag of extras. It took us over thirty minutes to finally get the first one right and probably two minutes on the second one.2 - Step 5 "Attach shelf sides to bottom shelf using 4 allen screws provided". Unfortunately there are multiple ways to go wrong here. The shelf sides are marked left and right but that's meaningless since you don't yet know which is the front and back. If you look very carefully at the drawing, one set of countersunk holes in the bottom shelf is closer to the edge than the other. The side with the holes closer to the edge will be the back when it's finished so now left and right mean something. You need about a 1" space on the front for the doors to close and this gets real important at Step 10.The other "gotcha" is the countersunk shelf side must be on the inside and the closely spaced shelf holes must be in the back. If you get any of this wrong you get to do some dis-assembly and re-assembly. This is why some reviewers say they had to drill their own holes. I can assure you when they did they wound up with the screws in Step 10 in non-countersunk holes.By the way the provided allen wrench will work if you have whole lot of free time but I certainly would avoid it. We used a ratcheting screwdriver with a hex bit and it went pretty fast. There are LOT of screws to be screwed even if you get everything right. It's really unfortunate that a pretty good product (it's pine by the way) has such poor instructions. The woodworking and finish are well done, packaging was excellent but the instructions really suck.

Received sooner than expected. Packaging was a little dented, but pieces inside were wrapped well in foam, so no damage. We took our time putting it together. I think I took about 3 hours. Trust the pics in the instruction guide. If they do not match exactly, you need to figure out if you put in a piece upside down. All hole line up perfectly. Very impressed with the quality.

great value, real wood, very attractive.
Solid, real pine, smells good, packed extremely well, no damage in shipping, looks great, took me a while to assemble (search the reviews for "hinge", and you'll find another reviewer who lays out the best way to install them), our 55" TV looks great. Fantastic value. This was half the price of similar TV stands in local stores, only this one has better wood. Local stores charge $400 for veneer. I don't leave many reviews but wanted to because I am very satisfied.

Many holes were not pre-drilled, doubling the assembly time
Item arrived completely broken-down into one shipping carton, well packed with plenty of insulation sleeves and material to prevent damage during transit. Pieces were clearly marked with alpha-numeric tags. I was pleased to see that they included a bag of "extra" hardware in case something got lost. Assembly went fine until it was discovered that no pilot holes were drilled for the backing (like 20 holes) and also for the magnetic closures. This resulted in a frustrating amount of time spent precisely marking and drilling for the screws. Finished piece looks very good, although the decal says not to use for anything larger than a 42" TV, which is nonsense. Our 55" fits fine.

This stand fit my needs perfectly because of the dimensions ...
This stand fit my needs perfectly because of the dimensions, lack of glass doors and storage space. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews that described assembly difficulties - I anticipated the instructions being challenging and was ready to work through that. What I was prepared for was the fact that in some of the pieces the pre-drilled holes were too big for the screws provided. For example, there are two part "E"s; the screws fit into one with no problem but would not tighten in the other because the pre-drilled holes were bigger. In the middle of assembly we had to go out to purchase something that would work.I can live with difficult directions but sending pieces that are impossible to assemble is simply not acceptable. I regret this purchase.
