These are a life saver. Nothing worse than leg cramps. Take ahead of time if I know I’m going to be doing something strenuous.

These seem to be working well. I got these for my husband to try out. He works I a warehouse and for some reason refuses to drink water throughout the day so by the time he gets home he ends up getting these really massive, painful cramps in his legs once he is down and tried to get up again. Since taking these those cramps have stopped which is absolutely amazing! The only complaint I have heard from him about these is he has started having some rather stinky burps. I had the privilege to smell one of them and I have to say it was certainly something. I can't place what it really smelt like but it was strong and not the most pleasant lol. Also, if you have a hard time swallowing pills these ones may be a bit difficult seeing how they are a pretty big size. All in all he is happy with these and I will continue buying them once every 3 months or so for him. Since this virus has started he has been completely slammed at work and needs as much help as possible. These are definitely helping ease the pain.

I absolutely love this product, husband and I began Carnivore diet the first of the year and needed to increase our electrolytes to help with water absorption. We had tried other popular products that you add to your water, but I genuinely love my plain water and couldn't stomach the way those products changed the taste. This is so much better, not only are we getting the electrolytes we need, but it's taste free and has better helped our bodies actually absorb the water and not wake up multiple times a night to use the restroom. We feel better and have begun finally sleeping through the night, despite our increase in water consumption.

I have been having some electrolyte issues but I cannot stand flavored water so I tried these and they were a game-changer! I took two in the morning and felt totally different all day. I felt more energized - almost like I took my ADD medicine (but I didn't that day).I told my husband who is a welder for the railroad to try them because everyday he comes home drained from working in the heat all day even with drinking those electrolyte drinks. The first day he took them he came home and he wasn't drained or worn out at all. He said he felt good all day and didn't have the common heat exhaustion symptoms that he normally would have.

I need to take electrolytes. I have tried to put it in my water but I tend to forget. So I decided to add to my vitamin routine. It says to take three each day. Instead, I take two in the a.m. and two in the p.m. I waited to see if I could sleep w/out socks and a calf compression sleeve (needed to keep the serious cramping away.) I waited two days of this routine and the last two nights I have been cramp free and no socks or ankle sleeve were on me. I am so happy I found these.

Not sure if they actually helped

I have been using these electrolyte capsules to replace the use of Gatorade, Pedialyte, etc. So I am getting the electrolytes I need, but getting my calories from other food sources like regular healthy meals and as needed on longer runs; peanut butter and jelly sandwich, etc. while running.I have been talking 1 pill every 30-60 minutes based on how much I am sweating or drinking water.One thing I have noticed is that my sweat is more salty; salty on my lips and burns more when getting in the eyes.
