I’m someone who values my brain health very much, although I’m in my late 20’s. I often find myself forgetting simple things moments after it happened. For awhile I was using Neuriva (both regular and extra strength) for this. When given to opportunity to try this product out, I jumped at the chance!Almost a week later, I’m super pleased with the results. The capsules are easy to take and I have no residual side effects. With other nootropic supplements (usually extra strength), I have nausea and light-headedness, but so far so good. It is inexpensive and I love that it has ginkgo biloba and turmeric, which help with inflammation and increases blood flow too! I do advise you know and research anything that you put in your body!I will update if anything else changes continuing this journey on the perfect brain support supplement. Been using these for less than a month. Tried another brand and was happy with them, but also considered the placebo effect. The only thing I dont like is the other product you take 1 pill/day, these are 2/day. I have noticed my recall is improved... brain fog seems to be decreased too. Will definitely continue taking!

I think it did improve my day to day but not on large scale

I take them every day and within an hour or so I definitely feel more consciously active. Another thing to point out is that I don't feel any anxiety on something that makes your brain work a little bit better. The first ingredient is Lions Mane which is a mushroom that looks like a lion, end it alone would probably do the job but there are other ingredients in here that make this a very potent addition to my life. If you were having trouble with a little brain fog or just feel that you would like to be a little bit more on your toes more of the time, maybe you have a paper to write or you'd like to remember where you put the remote, try these. My guess is you'll notice a difference the first day or the second day.

I bought these (RuVeda Naturals Brain Support) thinking that they would NOT work, because honestly - I'm a pessimist. But the first time I used them, my head was clearer - fewer distractions. And I've used them time and time again, and each time, my brain just functioned better. I can't imagine this was a coincidence. So they work! And anything that works is a value for the money. They do have a very mild flavor, and it's not horrible, so I gave 4 stars on flavor. I will buy again when these are gone. I only take them once in a while. No jitters (like caffeine). No overpowering energy (like an energy drink). No stomach problems. Just a clear, focused brain for work. Could not ask for more.

After two weeks on this, I still felt nothing, so I decided to dig deeper and research the effective dosages for the cognitive benefits of these supplements. Turns out, it wasn't just me, these pills have a completely insignificant amount of every ingredient. I've included the list of ingredients with effective dosages to compare, but Amazon wouldn't let me list sources, as they flagged it as advertising other websites. Many of these supplements don't have thoroughly tested daily values, but when the recommended dosage is tenfold what's included in two of these pills, it's pretty clear that this product isn't designed to improve cognition, but rather to have as many healthy sounding supplements packed into it, regardless if there's enough space for an effective dosage of each inside the pills.

I tried this brain booster over 2 weeks & had no "boosted" feelings or energy like others claim. It does have some excellent ingredients that impressed me for the cost. Too bad it didn't give me what I'm looking for in a brain booster. I wont give up on researching nootropics! Discovering nootropics has opened a whole new world of legal possibilities of "feeling good"!! (Well, at least until someone abuses them & BAM! Government yanks it away & labels it illegal/dangerous!
