beautiful and functional
I love this faucet. After having a big box home improvement store one for several years, the difference in quality is striking. The spray setting only stays on if you are pushing the button, so we never get soaked like we did with the old one. Pressure is also lower on the spray setting, so again, we don't get soaked. Occasionally I'd like that needle spray to blast food off of something, but 98% of the time I prefer the way this faucet is. I really dig not needing to wear an apron to do dishes!

Looks Aren't Everything
Yes, I know it is beautiful. Probably one of the most beautiful, streamlined, contemporary kitchen faucets out there right now. Belongs in a modern art museum (but not in a kitchen). Unfortunately, as some reviewers have mentioned, the sprayer is extreeeemly weak, making this product useless for what it was intended to do - rinsing and washing dishes. When my sink was filled with soapy water, I literally had to wave my hand back and forth to get suds, because the sprayer would not do it. Terrible. At a rated flow rate of 1.75 GPM, one would think that the sprayer would be more powerful. Many of Moen's faucets are only 1.5 GPM. I tried Delta and Kohler faucets on the exact same sink (both rated at 1.8 GPM, the max for my state of California), and their sprayers seemed to be 3 times more powerful. I read the other reviews complaining about the weak sprayer, but purchased this faucet anyway, because I was so in love with the look. But I learned my lesson and returned it. Bought a Kohler "Sous" faucet, which is in my opinion, a perfect product; plenty of power and control for the sprayer.

Fantastic high quality faucet
The media could not be loaded. I had this faucet installed recently and am super happy with the apparent quality of the construction and how it performs.I especially like the aeration effect or normal operation as it is powerful enough that I rarely need to press the sprayer button. The pull-out head slides nicely in and out and snaps back in due to the magnet.I had a plumber install the faucet due to the cramped quarters due to the deep sink and the placement of the water pipes coming out from the wall, which needed to be moved.I would definitely buy this one again if I had to do it all over.

Substantial heft, smooth operation, quality feel.
The stainless steel finish is beautiful and the operation of the mixer valve is smooth and firm - it just feels of quality. The weight is also impressive, much more substantial feeling than the Delta or Kraus we also considered. We have not yet installed it, so this review will be updated later, but one aspect I liked more than any other we looked at was the spray toggle switch. So many of these pull out spray heads have switches that feel destined for early failure and/or are very difficult to operate. Especially with wet hands. The simple paddle switch on the Talis S seems much more reliable.

This is the one to get
I have replaced my kitchen faucet three times before, the others would eventually start leaking at the pull down part. This one is designed differently and the quality of the materials are much better. I have been using it about a year and really like it. It angles out into the sink just a little more which keeps water from going all over the back of the counter which all the other ones used to do. The little lip on the spray handle fits comfortably in the fingers and even with soapy hands you can easily control it. The wide sprayer only works while you are pushing it in so you can go back and forth from spray to regular without turning off the water. The matching soap dispenser is also working well without a problem.

Good Faucet
We are very happy with this faucet. It works well, good flow, and it also looks nice in our kitchen. It arrived with a part missing so I had to work with HG service to get the part. It took 2 tries to get them to send the right part, but the people on the service line we very responsive and parts were mailed out very quickly. It would have been great if their QA would have caught the missing part in the first place, but given the situation I would give their service people very high marks on fixing the situation with the least hassle. I would buy from them again.

Terrible
The media could not be loaded. Buyers beware!!! There was a fault with the hot water flow in my new faucet. It got gradually worse over the first two months after installation until the hot water didn’t flow at all. At great expense I had my hot water line / value into my apartment replaced assuming the faucet was in working order since it was brand new. . This didn’t help….the issue turned out to be a fault with the new Hans-grove.Since it was 2 months since I had purchased it Amazon referred me to the manufacturer who said they do not offer returns. I am now left with a faulty faucet. Hans-grove customer service is awful. Maybe a good buy if you get one in working order but perhaps not worth the risk.
