Does exactly what it says on the box.
This item is great! It leaves clothes smelling lovely with using fabric conditioner! Clothes are really clean stains removed completely. A great product. I fully recommend it.

Perfect no chemicals and clean fresh washing
I have used the ecoegg for a few years now. Then save me spending lots of money on harmful washing detergents. They clean and freshen well. I pop a bit of white vinegar in with my white wash to keep it bright white. If you like strong scented washing you can use an echo/skin friendly softener. It does 70 washes then all you need to buy is the refill which is only £4. That's you for another 70washes. What's not to love? Better for your health and pocket.

Eco Friendly clean!
I have been using this product for a couple of years now, I first purchased this when my son was born because I was concerned he may have sensitive skin. I purchase this product on this occasion to give as a gift to a family member, as I was so happy with my product they wanted to try this themselves. The scents you can select are lovely, the instructions are easy to read, and refills for the product are easy to get. This is a great eco friendly alternative that really doesn’t cost a lot. They only thing you may find is that the smell isn’t quite as strong/ doesn’t last as long. But you must understand that this is because they haven’t used lost of harmful chemicals in the product to create that artificial lasting smell. You don’t need to use fabric conditioner, but if you want a lasting fresh smell on your clothes using one in conjunction of this product may help keep that lasting freshness. The product washes clothes well, and can be used on low temperatures. You need to ensure the egg is allowed to dry between washes as this allows the longevity of the pellets. Overall this product is a really good eco-friendly product to use on your dirty clothes.

Eco egg
I had heard of this product for a while so thought I'd give it a go. I think it's good value for money long term longevity-wise and is better for the enviroment. The blue is a soft colour and easy to use. I don't find there is much smell, however, and would prefer a stronger scent.

Great idea, mediocre performance
It is very convenient and obviously ecologic. Clothes are washed fine, similar to non-bio washing liquids used for babies’ clothes. Similarly it won’t wash off sturdy or greesy stains and won’t remove smell of armpit sweat from t-shirts. My orange version of the egg leaves laundry smelling somewhat sickly, so I recommend using additional clothes softener to kill the bed smell and antibacterial luquid to kill bacteria such as sweat. I wish there was a ‚bio’ version of this as ‚non-bio’ is not effective enough. I won’t be buying again.

Effective alternative to smelly powder.
A good way to avoid smelly powder but giving a good wash.

Hidden gem
The media could not be loaded. I had never heard of these and just happened upon them when looking for something else. I intended to get one for clothes or blankets that just need freshening up or gentle cleaning. But then one night I dropped some curry on my dressing gown (what a slob) and the next day (so somewhat dried) I threw it in with this egg and it fully came out! So good proof of its ability to clean, though I still will be using detergent for many things I think need a good clean. But certainly a staple for the laundry space. And it's a great fallback if you run out of detergent. What it is: it is a plastic ball with two kinds of pellets you pour into and use with your laundry instead of soap. How to use it: you basically just throw it in with your laundry, but apparently you should speak it for 5-10 before, which I haven't done yet, so maybe next I'll try. When done, take it out and show to dry.Scent: pellets have a slight smell but probably won't transfer much into clothes. But our dryer seems to suck nice smells out of clothes so I will be using a dryer sheet anyways. When to refill: actually I don't know anything about refills or if you have to buy a new one, but it is meant to last 70 washes. Or if you aren't counting, because who is, when the pellets are down to half way in the larger side on the egg.

Useless
Not sticking with this I’m afraid.10 loads done. No clothes out smelling clean or fresh with the usual 30 or 40 degree wash. Didn’t get the slightest of marks off clothes - I’m a mum with kids so getting small day to day grub marks off is essential. I’m not talking about stains, I’m talking about little juice splashes, odours, dirty bum marks from going down a slide etc. Going back to fairy non bio!
