These actually do make a difference in reducing eye strain during prolonged screen time. True story: so I started binge reading a book series on my phone Friday evening. It was decent and it’s weekend so I figured what the heck. After becoming fully engrossed Friday night and I continued my indulgence throughout Saturday, pretty much reading ceaselessly through the day. In the evening however, after countless hours of staring at my phone, my eyes were exhausted. It was to the point where the words were just a blur. Despite the various display settings tweaks and adjustments I tried to make, my eyes could no longer take it, and they actually ached slightly. I knew I wanted to continue this binge weekend but, I also I knew I would not enjoy it if I continued to strain my eyes like this. So I found these glasses and had them sent overnight. They were actually on my porch when I woke up Sunday morning, and I was ready to dive back into the ebooks! I have been reading all day, and my eyes are significantly less tried and strained than yesterday. It’s actually night now and I can still see words on the page, they’re not just a blur. And if I take a break I’ve noticed that my recovery time is much faster, than it was when I wasn’t wearing the glasses. My only complaint with these is they do seem to smudge easily and despite repeated cleaning there’s always a slight film on them, but it’s not significant enough to impact my vision. I’m not sure how effective these are with other screens, but they are very effective when it comes to long term phone use.

These are great and they helped with eye fatigue. I noticed though they were a bit tight on my head which was causing a headache from that. Once I remove them I was okay. I tried to expand them a little but I felt like they were gonna break.

They are nice! They seem to be very strong and well made. Maybe I'm just not used to glasses but they mark my nose and I don't like that.I work from home so I'm staring at computer screens for long periods at a time and my eyes were starting to feel really strained. I bought these with the hopes they would help take the pressure off my eyes. I don't want to say they don't work, but I'm not feeling the difference.

I wasn't sure if it could really be true but since I got these to help me with blue light my headaches have virtually stopped. The improvement is dramatic!
