My daughter loves these. The transition to cow’s milk from formula has made her a little constipated, but eating these every day of every other day has helped tremendously!

Easy to use
I would definitely recommend, I use this to help with my grandson constipation. Taste is just like purses but it’s not very strong or sweet. It very easy to use with twist top and he just drinks it like a regular juice pouch.

Toddlers ate it.
Your kids will poop. There will be more poop than normal. It doesn't taste bad and there is some sweetness to it. I bought multiple packs and my kids ate them like the applesauce ones. Good quality too.
