Compared to our Happy Baby pouches, most have a higher fiber content and have a bit more variety in flavor. Why does each pouch say 2+ years?

It's for Toddlers, I give it to my 3 and 7 year olds with every meal that is not as healthy, also perfect for on the go snacks.
