Tastes pretty good with honey, actually works to alleviate water retention and I’m not sure but since drinking this tea my weight loss has improved, can’t say positively if it is the tea but I’m happy

It really helps me get rid of fluids.. Helps my health a lot.
The herbal combination works well as a diuretic to get rid of excess fluid retainedd by the body.The taste is not much but with some honey and lemon it is a nice drink.It does work... That is the important thing.Do brew for at least 5 minutes.I think it is good quality and I am benefiting from using it. It is not expensive if you use the bag 3 times.

Brilliant for bloating
Brilliant had been euro Disney for 4 days and was so bloated and ankle were non existent ordered these tea bags arrived the day I got home and within 3 days bloated belly and ankles reduced.Taste is good and have now ordered more

Allergic reaction
I started to use these tea bags and the following day my hands and arms started to get red and started to feel unwell and the redness started to spread. I tried to contact the company but there is no way through Amazon that I was able to speak or message anyone, I wanted to know if these side effects had been reported by previous customers. I obviously have a sensitivity to the tea bags so I thought that the only possible ingredient could be the Dandelion Root which I read could cause a reaction if taken with Vitamins and other suppplements such as vitamin B. So I am making other customers aware that they should be careful as these tea bags aren't as innocuous as you might think. I am now taking Certrazine to calm the reaction down.
