How is this lens in low light situation?

In my experience focus is pretty spot on even in low light when used on an X-Pro2 and X-T2. It's definitely slower than in a well lit environment, but that's to be expected of any lens.

How well does this lens do for capturing real estate interiors?

Good enough! Not exactly wide like the rokinon 12mm but still wide enough for real estate.

Is this compatible with the x100f? would it be a nice gift for someone who has the x100f?

No, the X100F is a fixed lens camera. Check out the Fuji WCL and TCL instead, those are Wide and Telephoto conversion lenses for X100 series cameras.
