At first I laughed at myself because I couldn’t land more than a couple of punches in rhythm, but after a few sessions I noticed sharper timing, quicker reflexes, and better focus. It’s addictive in the best way because it’s fun enough that you forget you’re actually working out until your shoulders start burning. This is a simple way to have fun & be active without having to go anywhere or do a lot. This is a great product for your kids & adults. I love that there's different weighted ball options for people with different preferences. There is an app that helps keep track of your hits which I've noticed can sometimes miss some of the counts if your hit isn't loud enough for it to pick up or if there's too much background noise. You don't even need to use the app if you dont want to. You can just train & have fun with it. If you catch a sale, snatch this up because it is entertaining.

I’m in my 60s and I’ve had a number of various Reflex Balls over the years but this is the only one I would recommend and give a four stars to. It receives a four and not a five because of the headband not being softer and more absorbing of sweat. Design of The different ball weights and various hardness of balls are great . Boxing enthusiast will enjoy this set it’s a great low impact workout and it’s at a good price.

Works just as intended. You don’t have to cut the string to arm length you can just tie it at different lengths and the loop will not become undone. The balls vary in weight and are well made. This is great for hand to eye coordination and it will be hard to hit as a complete beginner, however it will make you better. I recommend using your hand and not boxing gloves so that you can gain more from it. Really great challenge and a good way to work on your foot work as well since the ball will move with you.

Looked like fun and did not disappoint, once I got the hang of it. The heaviest ball seemed easiest, its slower, the string affects it less and does not spring off the knuckle like the foam.Just be careful with the jewels, its dense enough to hurt sensitive parts.Just hope it holds out because the string at the ball end is held by roughly a square millimeter thick bit of plastic, though a good size knot may do as well.I paid $25 or so for what is probably 25cent worth of elastic and balls, you can probably make better at home, the parts are cheap but you get different ball weights and elastic to try and plenty of spare parts;8 elastic string, (2 for each ball), 4 balls of different weight, there is foam, tennis and solid rubber, 4 carabiners, a head band and a nylon sack.I've never used the left side of my upper body for anything other than holding things like a steering wheel, so I got this just to have a fun way to build some coordination and it's working better than I thought, pure joy. If I ever get good at not hitting or snagging string it will only get better.Satisfied Customer

Good value. Alot of fun for all ages. Makes you move too. Intruction says yellow ball, there wasnt a yellow ball in mine. Not translated well as in all chinese product.

This is by far the best reflex ball set I’ve ever purchased. It comes with four different balls—ranging from soft to hard—offering great variety for all skill levels and training needs. The set also includes extra bands for each ball, which is a thoughtful bonus. The overall quality is excellent and well worth the investment.

I have ordered a few different versions of this and this one is very good. Decent quality if you're just getting started. Not the best head strap but it is good. Just saying other brands are a bit better in that regard. Ill put it to good use, I usually wear out one of these every 7 months or so. This comes with a nice case and an extra set of everything. The app is cool. It works. 4 stars. Not industrial feeling though.
