I surely would have purchased Telephone brand if the seller was offering free delivery under Prime, but they aren't. If you wonder what this product is, this is much like a fiber drink which mixes with water and helps gut observe more water to it (normally too much water absorption from the digested food causes constipation and this helps prevent that by absorbing itself. Also, this acts as laxative and helps in constipation.Here is some useful tips♦ Take 1-2 teaspoon (Not table spoon) at night and at morning (if you have been facing constipation regularly)♦ Always take more water to mix and stir and drink. At least 200 ml of water. More water, more benefit♦ This not only helps for constipation but also lowers cholestrol and high BP.♦ Long term use is not recommended (1 year above)Caution:~~~~~~~Don't just rely on this if you are already suffering from severe constipation with tissue fissures (bleeding due to hard to pass).
