Very good nappie cream.. Took care of the existing rash on my baby's bum and prevented further rashes as well. This along with frequent diaper change is keeping my baby rash free for months now. And even after daily use I still have 30 percnt of the cream left as you need a tiney amount.. so value for money as well.

This is one of the best product available in the market for stubborn nappy rash. My baby had rashes for more than 10 days. Despite trying popular rash creams like Himalayan and Ezinapi, the problem wouldn't disappear. I knew that Zinc Oxide is the main ingredient to fight irritation and redness in the nappy area but how much zinc oxide was enough, I was clueless on this. I had also doubts about other lubricants that are added into the nappy creams for example - Lanolin, Petrolium jelly and other essential oils. I thought the B4 Nappi should be given a chance, given the balanced components in the mixture. I couldn't be more satisfied. The cream is so thick that you just take a pinch and apply it all over the nappy area. After using it for 4 times a day for one day only, the results were astonishingly visible. The rashes were gone, skin became smooth and soft. My baby got relief and slept throughout the night.Thanks for the great product from the bottom of the heart of a mother.

Super product..reduces rashes in 2 days. Been using for 2 years. Cant go to any other brand. The price is increased though.!!
