Very satisfied with the product.
This is a fantastic baby monitor. Keep the camera near children. Install the app on the phone and monitor children from anywhere. The resolution including night vision when lights are off is very good. From your phone itself you can move the camera vision in different directions. Very compact and very easy to install. You can hear the audio also and can speak on you phone which would be audible in the camera to the Nanny for giving instructions. Happy with the product.

Really Good for the price offered.
Motion and sound detection is very accurate.So accurate thay even if a curtain moves in the room, it’ll send you an alert.I would personally recommend to keep a separate phone if you continuously want to keep a watch on the baby.Notifications work even if you close the app or are on a call.Overall a good product and worth of money.

The box looks to be tampered with with the broken sticker/seal
While the outside package was okay, the inside box had its sticker removed.This will impact product warranty.If the product does not work for any reason while installing it (installation by Urban Company) then it could be due to box tampering.

Worst quality as support not at all available in India Maharashtra Pune
Having an extremely bad experience with this product as there is no service for the product and the microphones has stopped working. Used it not even for 3 to 4 monthsNeed good support or customer service. If there is any service please give me a call back or message me here.

The product works just perfect for baby’s room. It captures audio very well. The night mode is also very good.

Ok but high price
While the camera picture quality is ok, feel the price can be much cheaper especially because we have cheaper cameras with bettrr picture quality like the yale

Easy to install and use. Just need constant power.
It’s a beautiful camera. It adds an awe to the room decoration. Installation was super easy. And video quality is HD. I haven’t seen any lag in live streaming until now. Only one request to the app developer to make movement/rotation of the camera in the app little more swift and easy.
