Purchased for elderly friend
Happy with the heat this puts out. Keeping my friends warm as they live in an old estate cottage with inadequate heating. They are in their mid 80's! This is a life saver. Good purchase.

These rods work perfectly the 2kw only have 2 heat settings not 3vas statedIt's a shame the delivery from Amazon was predictably rubbish and late as usual with no compensation for me wasting a day's earnings for nothing.4 stars for product and -1 for Amazon

exactly what I needed
Not expensive to run and as the Labour Governemt have pushed state pensioners into poverty and denied them a winter fuel payment it is was a good buy. I don't run it all the time only for an hour or two in the evening when it is very cold, and I am feeling too cold

This heater does what it promises. It heats very well and keeps the heat. Of all the ones I've had, this is without a doubt the best. I hope it lasts a long time. It makes a big difference on colder days. Happy with this purchase.

Over sensitive thermostat
This Mylek Radiator provides excellent heat and is great value for money, however, I'll be returning it because of one major issue: The thermostat is super-sensitive and the radiator is constantly clicking on and off. Basically, once it reaches the desired temperature it clicks off, but then as the temperature starts to fall, even ever so slightly, it clicks back on again and this cycle keeps repeating. The clicks are really loud and it woke me up multiple times during the night. If Mylek increase the tolerance of the thermostat, this would be the perfect radiator.

Works well but fiddly assembly
I worked at Berry Magicoal assembling electric fires in my youth for over 10 years so not without knowledge of the fitting of parts. The home assembly of attaching the foot plate was frankly ridiculous and fiddly. Whoever dreamed that up was having a bad day!
