Excellent fogger
We have had issues with mold growing in our HVAC system due to it being integrated garage and this is Florida. It creates a lot of condensation which unfortunately brings mold. I had a junior fogger that worked just ok with the concrobium. Bought a Ryobi one at Lowes and you had to hold down the trigger to keep it running. 😣 finally went on amazon and found this. Must have been our lucky day because it was more than 50% off the usual price!! It’s big, and is obviously used for professional jobs. I’m just so glad we were able to get our hands on one!! It works great but can be heavy if you are lugging it around. We now treat our HVAC once a month to keep the mold at bay til we can replace the duct work and get a u/v light for the air handler.

It does exactly what it says, with ease. Comes with 1 filter.
It did come with 1 filter in the box, which you can wash and reuse. I was not sure so I ordered filters at the same time, which are NOT inexpensive. It's simple to use, follow the instructions and make sure you have that filter on. Concrobium will collect on the machine and on the filter. You will need to wash the machine down with a warm wet cloth as well as running it with just water and soap to clean it. I filled the pot with a little more than 1/2 of the volume to treat a 1400 sqft basement. There's not much to the innerworkings, but you should register it by simply sending them an email to get the 5 year warranty. It's an expensive machine for what it does, and like I said, the filters are expensive too.

It sounds like it's working but I can't see any mist
Everything seems to be in order, including the clamps locking tight, motor working, etc. (The thing looks great, btw.) My problem is that I expected to actually SEE the fog or mist coming out of the 3 nozzles but there is nothing visible. I thought perhaps this is how it's supposed to work but when I viewed the how-to video on this page I can see clearly the fog as it comes out of the unit. My idea has been to run it LONGER which I'm doing right now (it's in my mini-barn) - and my other thought was that maybe as the unit continues to run, the spray might un-clog the nozzles (??) As with another reviewer I had this in the box for too long before using it for the first time today, so I don't think any warranties are still in effect. When I last checked there seemed to be a very slight coating on the casing of the unit itself - though I couldn't see anything on the wooden surfaces of my shed. It is so slight as to almost be undetectable, so I'm sure this is not the correct operation......This is an update. This company has excellent customer service. When I called I received a brand new unit within two days. It also came with a shipping label to return the original defective unit, so now I am a very satisfied customer.

USED SEVERAL TIMES... SEEMS FINE
I'm using this to fog for mold and will eventually utiize for fogging odor suppressant. So far I've used it about 10 times. Around 10 to 15 minutes each time. It uses the product fairly fast, but i did have the valve turned to least 3/4. The mist and fogging function seems to work well.

MOLD ASSASSIN
Ok 1) this is GREAT 2) before using concrobium or the like use the RMN 86 if you can see blobs of mold or this won’t work 3) But if no blobs of mold and or maintenance ( I’ve got on going water issue in basement ) - this is SO GREAT and way cheaper than spending 20k on mold remediation - buy an air scrubber as well to use after this stage . But if your not going to do ALL the mold remediation steps just go hire someone

Ease of Use!!
I have ordered several of these for the Foundation Repair Company I work with. They work great to distribute just the right amount of product in a house crawl space. Easy to use. Quick. Would purchase again.

Didn’t mist consistently
I’m not sure this worked right. It didn’t mist much then did a bit better than didn’t do anything but directly in front of it soaking the door even though it was almost 3 1/2 feet off the floor facing up. Used up too much of the liquid once did that. I’m not sure worked properly enough. I may have to return. This was one the most expensive ones I saw listed too. Idk but I expected to be done in one day. This has been the only nice day I’ve had to do it and took a vacation day. I’m a bit disappointed. Oh yeah. At first I couldn’t close one of the latches then I couldn’t close two of them but it still seemed to be closed enough to operate appropriately. It was boxed well. No timer so you have to set one and shut off on your own. I didn’t like that part. First use was in crawl space and the machine was damp and had white residue on it. Then the floor was wet, wet in the house. Idk.

Fantastic results
Had major mold/mildew issue in crawl space do to water leaks from inept plumbing that occurred before I bought this cabin I now own. Stuck this unit in the crawl space filled it up with Mold solution and let it do its thing for about 10-15 minutes on a low/medium setting. Took crawl space cover off to remove the unit and it was quite foggy and dispersed the solution well. Next day, took a fan down into the crawl space and let it circulate outward for 2 days to dry everything out. Fixed the plumbing, and no more mold/mildew issues. The nice thing about this dispersion unit, it allows the solution to get into every location.. Highly recommend the tri jet fogger
