ADHD PM zoomie zombie? THIS helped me.
I frequently have troubles falling asleep. Sometimes I’m prescribed hydroxyzine which is the most effective but I wanted to try this while I took a break and wow! 😍 It gave me a soft wooziness as I drift off to sleep after about 40 minutes and I sleep quite consistently compared to “just winging it”.
