This is worth every penny. It’s made from durable, high quality material, and feels/looks like you paid a whole lot more. This is not cheaply made! Very very happy with this purchase. I initially bought the 2lb one but realized it was entirely too light after receiving it. Amazon let me exchange it, and even shipped the new one out same day!

Perfect Medicine Ball
Awesome bouncy medicine ball. Has not required refilling with air. Nice sturdy weight doesn’t shift around inside and is perfectly balanced. Nice and grippy too, especially once it breaks in a little.

Have both 4lb and 2lb for volleyball setting practice
Daughter using them for setting practice (4lb and 2lb). They are maybe slightly less diameter than a volleyball but close enough. Seen college players use 4lb to build finger strength so starting on 2lb and working our way up. A little pricey but well made, good surface. Graphics make it easy to tell if spin was imparted or not.
