This was sent to a friend of mine who loves caviar. The package was sent and received swiftly with a nice spoon too. Little pearls of delight as he said. Well worth the expense and the experience. Not too salty ,nice texture and fresh.

Delicious!
This caviar was delicious and was the perfect size for the 6 large servings that I needed to recreate Thomas Keller’s iconic Oysters and Pearls dish. Even though this item is marked as Prime delivery, after I purchased it, Amazon said it wouldn’t be delivered for 6 more days. This was incorrect, thank goodness. The seller states in the item description that it will be delivered overnight, and delivered overnight it was. It came from Florida and promptly arrived on my doorstep in California the next evening packaged nicely with an ice pack and cooler. So happy with my purchase and it was well worth the money. Will buy again!
