Are these supposed to taste bitter? How to use these?

This can either be fried and taken similar to fried chilies or papad along with food or cooked in lentil gravy. It's hard to explain about the taste though. It's not too bitter but tasty and depends on individual's preference.

Hi Sir, thanks for ur query. kindly note it is not possible to have without salt as these products are seasonal so to have this healthy product all year round, traditionally its prepared with salt and sun dried. without salt its lifetime may not exceed even for 1 month. so its quite not possible. thank you Ammi samayal

Not possible to use these seeds for germination as its dipped in salt and sundried. May be we can try. but not so sure.
