Gets the Job Done (Razer Blade 14 2017)
If you are reading this, you probably also have a bulging Razer laptop battery and are looking for a hail mary of a solution. I'm writing this review after installing the battery myself and running it through two full cycles. It works, but I'd read my full thoughts before attempting this yourself and to tamper your expectations of this battery's performance. I had to pursue this route as I spoke to Razer support and they told me my Razer Blade 14 2017 is a legacy product and they couldn't help me (an answer I wasn't happy with, but that's for another review/rant).In short, the install is moderately challenging for the nimble handed and the battery's performance cannot be guaranteed as I've only completed two cycles and am in my first week of use. WATCH AN INSTALL VIDEO BEFORE ATTEMPTING. The first charge cycle seemed to be necessary to calibrate the computer's ability to give an accurate readout of the charge and time remaining (it died at "20%"). However, the second full cycle worked normally and it drained down to 5% before I began recharging it.The install requires a T4 screwdriver that required me to order a set for $10 (you'll also need a small philips screwdriver and tweezers/a piece of plastic as a lever). As others have mentioned, these screws are incredibly easy to to strip and so a delicate hand is necessary. Removing and replacing the battery connection was honestly the hardest part in my opinion. The connection is small and the pins are tiny. It felt like I was going to crack the motherboard or damage the connection trying to put it back on, but it seems to have gone back on correctly with a lot of finesse. Be honest with yourself, if you don't have steady hands consider taking this project and the parts into a computer shop and having them do it.I can't provide a guarantee for how long this battery will last, but honestly if I get a year out of this battery I'll take it. A working battery is better than the growing bulge under my track pad (which is now gone) and the risk of setting my laptop/apartment on fire and/or permanently destroying my laptop if the battery started leaking.Best of luck if you're in the same situation having to make the same hard decision. I personally wasn't ready to replace a laptop that cost me this much over what seemed like a basic issue. My laptop still fulfills my daily requirements and so for ~$70 I said it was worth a shot extending it's life. I think it's worth it if you're not ready to upgrade.

Doesn't fit model listed - see photos
First three photos are what I'm reviewing, the last three were the original battery I pulled out of my Razer Blade, who's serial number is specifically listed for this product. The serial numbers on both batteries are also the same, which you can see in the photos if you zoom in enough. It doesn't fit, you can see in the photos, one end of this battery is bigger than the original. The original battery is concaved on both sides, and very slim, this OUWEE one, after putting it in and screwing everything down simply wouldn't let the bottom panel go back on the laptop. The one side is huge when you compare the original to this oneEverything about these batteries seems the same - screwed it in no problem, same serial numbers on both this one and my original battery, and my laptop was specifically listed. I didn't even realize until I already had it in that there was something wrong, even. Purchase at your own risk.

Battery replacement successful
First battery I ordered was a dud. I think this might have actually been a returned battery that was DOA, that packaging looked like it was already opened prior to me receiving it. Tried installing the battery but it was dead. Seller customer service reached out and sent a new one without even being asked. New battery works great so far. If you're trying to squeeze some more life out of your current laptop, this battery is legit.

Works perfect
Perfect replacement for my Razer Blade 14. Installation was easy, battery life is like it was when I originally purchased the laptop.

Does the job (old battery in picture)
Replaced a razer blade 14 (2017) battery that was about to explode from swelling. Instalation is pretty straight forward, always use care when unplugging and pluging back in ribbon cables and the power connector. Charged the new battery to full and allowed to drain 3 times so far streaming YouTube (lasts about 3 hours). Overall very satisfied and my laptop can close again with a battery the size it's supposed to be.

Battery will die after a few months
Battery arrived fast and in good condition. Install was no issue. Gave me a couple of hours of battery life in the first few months, but by month 3 it was starting to show issues. 2 months after that and it no longer holds a charge. As long as you know what you're getting, it'd be a fine option, if you could get some help with the warranty, but I can't seem to find a way to contact them online and I couldn't find any warranty paperwork wih my shipping box.

Never held charge (Updated)
I received this battery about a month ago. Out of the box the battery was at about 10%. I attempted to charge the battery to 100% by leaving it to charge. I checked the progress after 8 hours and the battery not only didn't charge to 100, it was at 0. I proceeded to rule out my adapter by using my old bloated battery, and verifying the computer ran with no battery installed.I am happy with the customer service I received from this seller. They were very responsive and send me another battery after the first one didn't work. The second battery still didn't work, so they issued me a full refund. To be fair, there may very well be an issue with my Razor and not their replacement.

Good customer service--they replaced my battery
I initially bought this battery on May 4, 2021. It fit in my computer (a problem I had with another battery) and worked just fine. Unfortunately, it broke after 7 months and stopped holding a charge. However, after writing a 1-star review on here lmao, OUWEE offered to either refund my money (because shipping was backed up) or send me a new one. Not wanting to go through the hassle of trying to find a battery that actually fit again, I opted for the replacement. It took about 4 weeks total to get a replacement because of holiday shipping rushes and the pandemmy, but it's here! And it works! I'm so relieved. Thanks OUWEE 🥳 Hopefully this one lasts longer than 7 months cause my warranty won't cover that...
