New boot goofin' 😉👍
I'm big on this military style boot because I like the ankle support, and they're easy to get on and off with the addition of the zipper down the side. As such, I've bought a number of pairs of them over the years. To me its hard to find a better shoe to work in, especially when you're on your feet nearly 16 hours a day, 7 days a week like I am. Theres a reason we issue them to the boys out there fighting for our freedom I figure, right? If they're good enough for the Marines, gotta be good enough for me. And these boots are definitely good enough! I've had them nearly a month now I think, and I've been putting off writing a review to really test them out and see how well they hold up as advertised. And for a boot thats cheaper than most name brand tennis shoes, these things are absolutely awesome. My last pair were made by Reebok, cost about $100 dollars more, and lasted me the same as most boots have (roughly a year). The biggest difference between the Reebok boot and this boot, is that this boot is not steel toe. But the Reeboks weren't waterproof, and man am I impressed with the water proofing on this boot... Especially considering these are cheaper than a new pair of Nike tennis shoes. I specifically waited for a large rain storm to roll in before reviewing these so I could test the water proofing. I've added a picture above. Stood out in the rain in a substantial puddle for maybe two minutes to see if water was going to seep in just for this review! lol. My feet are still dry as a bone! So they definitely function as advertised! They look great, although I'm not huge on the faux leather deal at the top of the ankle. But beyond that they look almost identical to the reeboks, and the ankle portion is usually covered by my tactical pants anyway, so whatever. They also fit soooo much better than the Reeboks did when I bought them, and without added insoles at that! The Reebok insoles wore out on me in maybe 3 months, it was ridiculously quick. Like I said, I'm in them and working vastly more than I'm not, so buying insoles has become relatively common for me. Plus, I'm slightly flat footed, so they help keep my arches from constantly falling as well. But so far I've neither felt the need to buy insoles, nor had any adverse effects from using the included insole. My arches havent fallen, and my feet feel great. My foot is on the narrow side though, and it seems to me these boots are too. Which is good for me, they fit perfectly and that helps with comfort. But if you have a wide foot maybe consider going up half a size and see how that works for you. Amazon's return policy is good enough that if they don't fit, its no big deal. Drop them back off at a UPS store and order a new pair when you get refunded the next day, yah know? No harm no foul. To me, these things felt great from the moment I put them on though. There wasn't much need to break them in like other military boots I've bought. Usually you're in for a rough week the first week after you buy a pair. They never seem to have the "give" you need them to when you first buy them, but that wasn't a problem with these boots at all. I was pleasantly surprised to find them significantly more comfortable than my last couple pairs of boots from the jump.I was actually on Amazon about to purchase another pair of the Reeboks when I found these and man am I glad I saved the extra $100 bucks. You simply can not beat the value on these boots. They fit true to size, have great support, they're comfortable, and they have great water proofing capabilities. I'll definitely be back in another year or so to repurchase these bad boys.

Great boots
These boots are amazing. For this low price I wasn't expecting great comfort, but after 3 days wearing them they are very comfortable. This is my second pair as the first was not the right size. I ordered a 6 1/2 and were too tight. My toes were scrunched up into the toe of the boots. This pair is a 7 and are great. The insoles seem thick enough to make them soft and they seem to me to be well made. I love the zippers in the side. Never had that before and I love not having to lace them up everyday like my old boots. The only short coming is that they need a flap or something to grab hold off to pull them on. That is something the makers really needs to address. Still I love 'em.

Long term review and will buy again!
Long term review:As prior military I had finally worn through my last pair of standard issues 2 years ago and my funds were tight but like the fit of a high top, light weight boot so found these and thought I'd give 'em a shot.Positive: They are true to size, I wear a 6½ and they fit perfectly. I've worn these 5-7 days a week for almost 2 years of warehouse and labor work and for the price they've been great! The quick zip was a nice change up from having to lace up every time. They broke in quickly and have be easy to walk in, light weight and dang comfortable. They've been extremely durable having been through everything from hard concrete and gravel wear, constant flex when kneeling often, and the abuse labor intensive jobs put footwear through.Neutral: I did buy and install new insoles before testing the ones it comes with but that's a personal preference I do with all foot wear.Negative: After 18 months the small toe on my left foot wore a hole within the liner of the boot and there is plastic in the front to keep the boots shape; it was constantly catching my toe and nail (despite my own quirk of being a bit vain and keeping my nails trimmed really short and often) and it became extremely painful. I was able to fix it with some thick fabric and super glue. They are also not water proof and tend to soak up water as is the issue with all sued type boots.Final thoughts: I will purchase these again as the price for what I got was way beyond what I expected. They are comfortable and, although not water proof, have been a really sold work boot!

Work boots
I wear these boots daily. My only gripe is that they don’t offer a safety toe. They are comfortable, durable and last much longer than boots twice their price! Easy in and out with the side zipper and still very comfortable and supportive. Great boot and value.

Quality boots
The boots are good fit for it's size, very good value for it's price, good looking appearance, soft and comfy interior, soles are not too hard and still let's the feet feel what is underneath, traction is very good, weight is good but not for those who are used to wearing light shoes

Adequate, doubtful for harsh conditions
Thought I’d try these because of the low price, you never know. Ordering process was easy, arrived in good condition, fit fine and are comfortable. 3 stars for durability and “get what you pay for” quality. I’ve obviously gotten much better durability in boots that cost more. Are they bad…nope. Are they awesome…nope. Do they work…yep.

Comfortable and light
Comfy is not something I'd apply to a combat boot, but will here. They seem to be sturdy so far and are easy to take on and off with the zipper.
