Did what it needed to, and very impressive for the money
This controller worked surprisingly well for the money, and compared to other more expensive ones. I paired this with a Chameye PTZ 20x NDI camera. It powered on with PoE, although it included a power supply. Note: the on/off switch does not work with PoE: it's only ON. Setting the camera was intuitive enough: search, use joystick to locate camera, check the box, add. I had default user/pass for camera. Note: our network also had some comcast dome cameras and this found those first. So my ptz camera ended up being "Cam 3". While it defaulted to being unable to display camera 1 (because i wasn't going to use that or cam 2), it showed no device connected. Hit "Cam" button, then 3, it connected right up and displayed. BAM! Easy. It immediately synced up with my pre-programmed positions, and it was easy to set new ones. In the basic menu, under system, i was able to disable the beeping sounds accompanying each button press, which is very important when you don't want this interrupting the service. The built in web ui has almost no features at all, but they aren't really needed. It would be nice to be able to simply hit "1" "2" "3" etc. to get to the correct position, but instead you must hit CALL PRESET -> # -> ENTER each time, for each position. CALL HOME goes to position 0. Setting your positions are just as easy: SET PRESET -> # -> ENTER.Will buy again!

Easy to Setup PTZ Camera Controller
I was thoroughly surprised at how easy this PTZ controller was to setup. I got it out of the box, plugged it into a POE network switch and let it search for my PTZ cameras. It found them in just a few seconds. The controller was setup in the network menu as DHCP, so it pulled and IP address from the network and searched for cameras. The cameras were easy to add and since they used the ONVIF protocol, I had no issues. The controller is laid out with the keyboard easy to read and understand. You can use the joystick to pan, tilt and zoom. There are also buttons to manually zoom, focus and adjust exposure, Auto buttons for focus and exposure are also available. This controller can be powered by POE or with the included power supply. A user manual is included to provide instructions on setting Presets, Patrol and Patterns. A very competent PTZ controller at an affordable price.

I'm very impressed with the people who got this to work. I couldn't
I'm the oldest digital native you've ever met. Had a computer in 1979. And I couldn't get this to recognize my cameras using CAT6 interface. Couldn't set it manually. As noted, the instructions are whacked, numerous misprints, nothing on troubleshooting. Nice pictures...that mean nothing. And their claim that they have "great customer service," which other reviews alleged to exist via some kind of email address? No evidence in the box of this contact information. None online. And, as others have noted, a google search of Hsility reveals only Amazon. So, I'm sending this back. Yes, the price is right, but as another reviewer with similar issues noted, "I now have a $300 paperweight" due to all of the above. I will be wise and beat the return deadline. Not sure how this company plans to sell product this way, but I guess they get it done.

EASY Setup!
Likes: So easy to set up, didn’t have to refer to instructions. Very responsive over ip, and has fine tuning for settings. PoE! Display screen is a great touch. Really good price and value.Dislikes: no 1-touch camera call. No 1-touch preset recall. Instead you have to press three buttons.Review: Ok, I actually really like this product. For what it is, it does the job quite well. But I don’t think this was intended for a live production. For context, I used this is part of a live talent show controlling two ptz cameras over PoE. Since I was running sound, lights, and the cameras having to punch up three buttons to switch cameras, then three more to recall a preset was a bit stressful while also trying to hit lighting cues.I feel like this could be used for live production if you have a two person team, OR if you have a ton of time to rehearse your cues. However, for me being the only tech on the team I think I will look for something with more features, which means I will probably be spending a lot more money.Bottom line, this is really worth a look if you are trying to make the most of your budget.

Great PTZ controller with lots of extras
This is an excellent device, and even better when you consider the price. This unit has features that are not available on the more expensive products. Out of the box, i plugged it into a POE router and connected to a Muxlab PTZ camera with Cat6 cable, and had immediate connection after clicking search ip from the screen on the controller. I love the fact that there is a built-in 5in LED screen which also shows the image from the PTZ camera. Not many controllers have this feature included. The unit is small, compact but full featured. I have an Aida and Avipas controllers that cost more than double the price, and they don't have the features that the Hsility has. Also seems to be pretty solid construction and should survive in the road case. Also love the preset pattern and patrol where you can pre-program camera joystick moves/speed and tilt/zoom patterns.
