Works exactly as described. Low smell is dries quickly. Really does kill mold. Very good value. There are other more dangerous products with lung damaging chemicals that do the same thing at twice the price. It took less than two hours to do the whole project, a house that had been empty for months with black mold on all the walls.. By the time it dried there was no mold smell (less than 3 hours) . don't wash,seals mold and kills its roots. Paint right over it. This is the product i will use if i ever have a mold problem again

I have used this product several times and it ALWAYS works. The powder works better for some purposes (like smearing on stained jackets then washing in machine), but the spray is very easy to use with a spray bottle. USE FULL STRENGTH for best results! I used this product extensively on stained tan boat canvas which was EXTREMELY encrusted with several types of mold, especially black mold. It still took MANY applications and a lot of scrubbing, but the canvas (in most parts) eventually came back to an almost-new look with no fading or damage to the material. The powder version of this product works EXTREMELY WELL when mixed into a paste and smeared on mold-stained clothing! Mix the paste, smear onto stained areas, wash in washing machine with detergent and VOILA! perfectly new, unstained white or colored clothing. It saved several very expensive marine foul weather jackets I had on my boat that got moldy. A little pricey, but WELL WORTH IT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This rating is not about the product but about the fact that the seal was broken and It seemed to be previously used. I just hope it still contains the same liquid and not a cheaper version.I should g up ace returned it but need it to use it today.

In the past, I've always used bleach and water to kill mold. It's hard on some surfaces and you need to wear gloves. Concrobium kills several types of mold and mildew and is safer to the skin. Note that it generally does NOT bleach out the mold/mildew, though it does kill it. Wait a day or two after treatment, then wash soap (we usually use a dish soap) and water. Most of the time the stains disappear.

Maybe I misunderstood what this product actually does. I sprayed the inside of my car’s leather seats. Nothing happened. I sprayed again and scrubbed. Then I sprayed again. Mold, mildew and odor still exists. I was hoping to actually remove the mold and mildew.

I am using this in a fogger for a crawlspace. Used it 5 years ago and it worked well, but I did not keep area ventilated over summer and mold and mildew formed again.

My mother lives in an older home prone to leaks and mold. I used this since it kills mold at the surface and deep down into the root! Has never failed us & the scent is not irritating but DO NOT get it near skin or eyes. Wear gloves & protection.

Really does not kill the mold as it keeps coming back. Looking for another product that will. Will not purchase again.
